Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be used once, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number, receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
- Products used more than once.
- Products purchased during sales or promotions.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Exchanges
